Cancellations Policy
Orders
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note: All cancellations are subject to non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 3–4% depending on the provider). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they may already be in processing or shipping.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
If a pre-ordered product cannot be fulfilled due to allocation or distribution issues, we will issue a full refund, minus non-refundable payment processing fees.
Store Rights
Next Pack TCG reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if there are issues such as suspected fraud, payment errors, or stock shortages.
